Coral's Cookery School provides engaging classes and workshops designed for charities, schools, and communities, with a focus on enhancing the health and wellbeing of families through enjoyable and educational cooking experiences.
I teach a variety of cooking skills to build confidence and promote mental health and wellbeing through collaborative cooking. The emphasis is on using seasonal, nutritious ingredients and creating opportunities for participants to gain confidence in trying new skills while fostering a love for shared meals.
Sessions are adaptable to different locations and settings, utilising a people-centered approach tailored to meet diverse needs including one-day workshops, multi-week classes, and single cooking demonstrations.
